bruce take nap (and makes bangers too)

Summer just ended. Recently, Lana Del Rey said, “End of summer some people just wanna drive around for ten minutes and get lose in electric guitars.” That’s exactly what we want to do and we know you want it too. Good for you, because Bruce happened to release ‘Summer Sex‘, the perfect ballad to reminisce to.

For starters, the Maryland-based artist makes really cool music. And by cool, I mean absolutely nifty.

‘Summer Sex’ has groovy melodies, smooth and heartfelt vocals. The track flows with a nostalgic yet punchy feel, turning into a psychedelic trip with soft-rock elements like electric guitars, synths and drums.

The song is an ode to both sunny summer Saturdays and a sweet summer romance.

I get goosebumps whenever you’re around me.’

‘I hope that you see that you are the best, don’t leave me disbarred and don’t leave me just yet.’, croons Bruce over a compelling guitar riff, which makes the track everything but overly complex.

The instrumental accompaniments are atmospheric and very well balanced. It’s most definitely a song you can relax to. In your car. As fall settles for good. But for four minutes and seven seconds only. Hopefully, you can smash the repeat button.
